Farmers’ markets in Wellington-Halton Hills will be operating a little differently this summer due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is a list of some you can check out:
GEORGETOWN: Saturdays from June 6th to October 17th, visit Main St. from 8:00am-12:30pm. Vendors will be offering products online as well. Pedestrian traffic will be regulated to ensure people are socially distancing and vendors are safe. Enhanced social distancing measures will be in place, and it is encouraged to look at the map of the market and plan your route beforehand. ELORA: This farmers’ market will be held online this summer. You can order your favourite fresh foods before noon on Thursdays and pick it up at Bissell Park on Saturdays at different pickup times between 10:00am and 12:00pm. For more information, visit: http://www.elorafarmersmarket.ca
ERIN: From June 26th to September 25th, this farmers’ market will continue as an online market. Order online and pickup your order at McMillan Park from 4:00-6:00pm on Fridays through a curbside pickup. For more information, visit: http://villageoferin.com/market/
ROCKWOOD: Order and pay at Rockwood’s online market between June 10th and October 7th. You can pick it up on Wednesdays from 4:00-6:00pm in Rockmosa Park or arrange a contactless delivery.
